We are thrilled to announce an upcoming event that could potentially save lives in our community. On May 28th, from 10 am to 2 pm, we will be hosting a Narcan distribution event at City Hall – 101 S George St in York, PA.  Narcan, also known as naloxone, is a medication used to rapidly reverse opioid overdose. By providing free Narcan kits and brief training on how to administer them, we aim to empower community members to take action in the event of an overdose emergency.  Our goal is to ensure that as many people as possible are equipped with the knowledge and tools to respond to opioid overdoses and potentially save lives.  We believe that access to Narcan is a critical component of harm reduction efforts and overdose prevention strategies. By increasing awareness and availability of this life-saving medication, we hope to make a meaningful impact on the opioid crisis in our community.  We invite everyone to join us at City Hall on May 28th to participate in this important event. Together, we can make a difference and help save lives. Remember, every Narcan kit distributed has the potential to save a life. Don’t miss this opportunity to get involved and make a difference in our community!
